There are no rules and regulation for this steal till now but the problem is there as with designers publicly accusing each other and other establishments of copying their designs so to put this to an end FDCI(Fashion Design Council of India) has announced the need for protecting the ‘Intellectual Property Rights’ (IPR) of designers.

This decision taken by FDCI has been respected and accepted by all leading fashion designers of the industry. According to them they feel bit safe after execution of this law.
