Christmas Cake

Make a tasty tasty cake and enjoy the Christmas
Ingredients
Refined flour (maida) 1½ cups
Cinnamon powder 1 teaspoon
Baking powder 1½ teaspoons
Lemon rind ¼ teaspoon
Almonds, blanched and chopped 10-12
Tutti frutti, chopped 3 tablespoons
Glace cherries, chopped 12-15
Walnuts, shelled and chopped ¼ cup
Mixed peels, chopped 4 tablespoons
Cashewnuts, chopped 8-10
Raisins 25-30
Currants 15-20
Rum ½ cup
Eggs 6
Vanilla essence a few drops
Butter 1½ cups
Brown sugar (soft) 1½ cups
Honey 1 tablespoon
Oil/ghee for greasing
Method
1. Sieve flour with cinnamon powder and baking powder. Add lemon rind to it and mix. Keep it aside.
2. Soak almonds, tutti frutti, glace cherries, walnuts, mixed peels, cashewnuts, raisins and currants in rum.
3. Preheat oven to 180 degree C. Grease a cake tin.
4. Break eggs and beat them with vanilla essence.
5. Cream butter with one and a quarter cups of brown sugar till it is soft and light in colour. Add honey and mix.
6. Make caramel with the remaining brown sugar and a little water. It should be blackish in colour.
7. Mix the beaten eggs with the creamed butter and sugar and mix gently. Add the flour mixture and mix with a light hand.
8. Strain the caramel into the soaked fruits and mix well. Add it to the cake batter and mix gently.
9. Pour the batter into the prepared cake tin.
10. Bake at 180 degree C for thirty minutes. Reduce the temperature to 160 degree C and bake further for forty-five minutes.
11. When done take it out of the oven and leave it on a rack to cool.
12. Cut into slices and serve.

Hair style 
In order to look taller, a hairstyle should be thin at the sides and higher up top, which can make you appear as much as an inch taller. Do not have any wide hairstyle.
Clothes
• Avoid clothes with horizontal lines or clothes with a tartan or checked pattern. Avoid cuffs that make your legs appear shorter.
• Vertical lines or stripping make a person appear thinner, and thinness in turn gives impression of more height and makes you look tall.
• Wear shoes that will make you look taller. If you are a female, this should be easy since you can find a lot of shoes with 2 or 3 inches’ heels. For males, wear shoes with thick soles to add more height.
• Avoid clothes that are made from heavy and bulky fabric. They add width and hence shorten the image visually.
• Wear cuffless pants to make the legs look longer and hence making you look taller.
• Wear a coat or jacket that is of the correct length. They should end where the buttocks meet the legs.
