Yesterday, I visited my docter and according to him my teeth was in a bad shape. Docter gave me couple of advice, very compulsary for the dental care. so i thought may be its useful for my blog readers too.
*Brush your teeth after every meal and forget the misconception of brushing only once in the morning.
*Flossing prevents stains from setting between the teeth. So flossing is neccessary.
*Strict no no to coffee. Just avoid drinking coffee and see the difference in few days.
*Visit your dentist twice a year. That is the best possible care you can give to your teeth.
*Use baking soda twice a month to help removing any stains buildup.

*Always wear properly starched collars to office. Never try the loose collars as it does not gives the right impression of yours.
*Avoid using pleated trousers as it is totally out of fashion these days.
*Make sure the tip of your tie is not hanging over your belt buckle but it should be above the buckles.
*Never use funny prints on the tie while going to the office.
