Some of the good sources are fishes which are rich in omega-3 fatty acids. The same way fruits and green vegetables are essential for healthy blood vessels and to protect nerve cells.
Cut on Salt consumption:
You need to cut on extra salt consumption in order to prevent fluctuations in blood pressure. Because an over-dosage of salt will lead to a high sodium diet which will ultimately push your blood pressure up and cause serious health risk.
Drink tea:
Researches have shown that a bit of tea drinking is good for health. Bit here refers to two cups of green or black tea a day. But strictly avoid the much-maligned milk in tea.
