Well, happiness although can not be defined in water tight compartments but it is an internal state of mind and in order to grasp it we need the cautiousness of mind and heart both.

It is believed that meditation can direct you in the right way and right manner that would definitely guide you towards the way to peace and happiness in true sense. When you get started to it you will find yourself on the right path. Though it may not happen the very first time when you start, this may be as you may find yourself flooded with numerous thoughts firing your mind.
