Sometimes we imagine or rather wonder how our lives would have been if there were no stress in it at all, a completely stress free life just like the one we had in our childhood. But the reality is otherwise, nor our lives are stress free neither we can remain in childhood. So, you can not do anything else rather than to de-stress yourself through some very useful tip just like these, as you can’t escape life:

*It sounds strange, yet it is true that the more longer you keep sitting at a place the more depressed you go. What happens is the rate of your heart slows down, and not sufficient oxygen is able to travel to your brain which obviously are not good signs. So, just get up no matter how tense you are, and walk in any ways although better if you walk fast, anywhere.

 

*Roses are considered to be the most beautiful of flowers, indeed they are. But did you know that smell of roses works as the greatest de-stressors. So, I think there is no harm in investing some of your money on this beauty which can distress you magically.

*Break your daily routine and do something new, or you can do same things differently in a different manner or sequence. You can go exotic places, that can rejoice you.

*You also need to get a good company, which is the most important of all. There is a tremendous difference between having acquaintances and having true friends. So, am talking of true friend’s company here. Just do not let anybody enter your territory and destroy your dreams. Do not let yourself cry for everyone, instead worry for those who are worth your tears and place in your thoughts. And I don’t think I need to remind you that simply sharing our problems with a true friends makes us feel so relaxed and comfortable!

*I think that you would have felt or experienced it for once at-least that when you spread happiness around you, there is no better going than that! Isn’t it? And then it is being proven in researches that if you make others happy there is a sense of psychological satisfaction that you get, and the level of this satisfaction can not be described in words. So, just get up and help someone who needs you.

*Laughter is the best medicine. It is the oldest and most powerful and truthful saying. Do laugh as much as you can, as it costs nothing but adds to all your happiness and relaxation.

*Standing under a shower is more distressing than just anything else. Let the warm shower sooth you, let it distress you. Adding few drops of oils like lavender or Epson salts will do the trick.

*It is advisable not only for the depressed ones but applies for everyone t read and see comedy be in the form of newspapers, serials, movies etc. And it is more good if you get to do it in the very morning itself.

*Not to be forgotten that your diet is also an important determinant of your mood. So I would begin with never forget or overlook your breakfast. Take it as healthy and nutritious as possible. Try to include fruits in your diet as they are very essential. Drink loads of water, and do avoid eating a heavy lunch in the afternoon, instead take more of salads and fruits.

*It is very important and useful to cultivate a good sense of humor in you. It really does a great job.
Friends remember that life is gifted to us only once s enjoy it to the fullest, and whatever be the situations, never kneel down in front of them instead smile always as it is too infectious!!!!!!
