Here is talented, young and vibrant designer Ashish Gupta. He is a twinkling and bright star of the London fashion scene. He has shown his enormous potential by performing and designing for Sarah Jessica Parker in the “sex and the city”. His designs and apparels were appreciated well by Jerry Hall.

Ashish who at present is 29 was born in New Delhi. He did his studies from the Central St. Martins London. This institute had given the world names like the Alexander Mc Queen, and has celebrities like Elizabeth Jagger and Sharon Stone adorning his clothes.

Not only this, but he has also been declared as one of the top new generation designers by the British fashion week. He designs in London, processes his workshops in India and finally sells the output in London and Toronto.

In the latest he showcased his collection in the London fashion week and collected huge applauds and appreciation from the fashion lovers. His collection engraved in it the cherry, bright green and oranges embellished with beautiful embroidery by scissor, and paired with designer tights.

The best thing about this designer is the sense of humour in his collections and designs rather than those usual and traditional carefully made style statements. In his collection he used the scissor embroider on trench coats and a flash of light hearted inspiration ‘the Minnie mouse t-shirt’.
According to him Indian fashion needs to be fashionably Indian and this he would do by getting his designs ultra chic with those hand finished textures.

His hard work and diligent performance has made him win laurels all over the world. His apparels have been called as the “pop African with a sprinkling of bollywood glitter’ which is a combination of a little of “vintage Americana”. We just hope that this designer does really well and keeps on trying and touches the height of victory.
