You will feel as if awakened form a deep sleep and will reflect true joy and happiness independent of any external pressures.
And sooner or later you will realize the benefit from meditation by finding a complete new you boosted with confidence and a person who has changed life from an ordinary one to an extraordinary one.
Though the truth is that in this dynamic world it is stupid to talk of life where problems do not exist but at least mediation in the right way can help us greatly in creating a world where in people love to handle problems with awareness clarity and wisdom.
