Yoga has its origin in India. As according to the hinduism it has been defined as technology or discipline and meditation. And it has also been linked to the religious beliefs as well. And it has also been linked to the spiritual practises all over the world.
And here are some of the major branches of yoga:
Hatha Yoga, Karma Yoga, Jnana Yoga, Bhakti yoga and Raja Yoga.

Yoga has undergone variopus changes as time passed since its origin. Well, the best way to do yoga is to sit quietly and then start, like slowly having control and grace. Remember there is no competetion so just relax.
• First of all remember that the best time for doing yoga is in mornig as at this time the results are just amazing. It is because at this time point of time your mind is completely or rather comparatively relaxed, and you are totally fresh.
• Then it is also very important before starting yoga to have confidence on yourself and yoga as well.
• The place choosen for practising yoga should be free of pollution and noise, it should be neat and peaceful and ventilatioj is equally important.
• Then you need tyo check yourself. LIke clean your eyes, nostrils and othroat as well. And yo can have a glass of luewarm water as well, it is really good for health.
• Wait and relax for a few minutes.
• Being a beginer of yoga first of all start with easy processes and then take it higher slowly and systematically.
• As told before to start with light movements, but even then ifany m,oevemnet is such which causes fatigue then discontinue.
• The aim of yoga is to energize you and make you fell more lively and not to depress you or causeweariness.
• You ought to have breaks in between as it may cause tiredness.
• If you practise yoga then you should have an intake of a healthy diet and that too after 4 hours of the yoga practise.
• Avoid fasting or overeating and even stay away from, stale food.
• Even the right clothes for yoga are very important. LIke you can go for cotton or lycra theu are the best.
• Remember to breathe long and deep while performing.
• Then the performance of yoga shoud be done on jute mats or something like a woolen carpet and then spread a clean sheet over it.
