		<description>I am well aware of the facts,which are highlighted in this article.For the past two months I have been practising yoga and for the past one month very seriously. I do yoga every morning for half an hour four to five days a week.

But this article mentions that in order to have effective results from yoga one needs to be a vegetarian.But I am a complete non-vegetarian and on occasions sip into hard drinks as wekk.

Then what does it comply,whatever I am doing wont give me results or I should give up sweets,non-veg and drinks? I am seeking a guidance.</description>

And this has led to depression becoming a common part of our lives. Obviously, if any such phase occurs in anyone’s life, one should do every possible thing to do away with it, be it external help or guidance. But then, nothing at all can supersede the power of yoga in killing depression. Yoga helps you to connect withyour inner self, helps you to listen to your inner call, your mind’s your body’s call.</description>
